Since we launched our mainnet in April last year, the recognition we have received has been staggering for us. The reason we are the fastest-growing DeFi Insurance Protocol in the industry is because of our users, our desire to provide a quality product for them and the trust they have had in us.
BNB Chain announced their Hackathon event in March as “a 50-day movement designed to bring the most creative and innovative builders together, help them team up, and build something unique for the future” Matthew, BNB Chain.
This global event was called Revelation, a hackathon made with online workshops, in-person meetups, and $10 million in prizes and seed funding for the best competing teams.
We competed in the Disruptive DeFi with great protocols like Velvet, WEAVE, Duet Protocol and more! We were selected as the winners in our category, where Velvet got the 2nd place and WEAVE the 3rd. We won with 25 votes with the others earning 21 and 17 respectively. Thanks again to everyone who voted for us.
The category that we were competing at was “Disruptive DeFi”, sponsored by Venus (check out their awesome video: https://twitter.com/BNBCHAIN/status/1509583803865477123). More than 10 protocols presented their financial solutions, with the most innovative taking the top prizes, and there is where InsurAce came in!
