About the Role
InsurAce is the leading multi-chain DeFi insurance protocol, providing reliable, robust, and
secure DeFi insurance services to the DeFi users. We have a highly professional team
working globally to deliver high quality products and services. We are looking for a
dedicated, self-motivated, passionate interns to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a competent, hard-working team player who has strong interest in
WEB3 industry and open to learn new things along the internships, not limited to the 3 main
pillars including technology development, product research, marketing and business
development. We are looking for someone to not just join our team but become a part of
our WEB3 journey for the long-term.
Note: Candidates may choose 1 or more roles based on their interests and relevant
background.
Roles and Responsibilities
Technology Development Intern
● In our agile development model, participate in small, autonomous but aligned teams to learn and perform a variety of roles, including design, development, test, automation, and client interaction/support
● Involve in software development process including designing our software components, testing, debugging, and integration
● Take ownership of assignments & drive them to completion
● Design and develop new features and functionality with SecDevOps best practices, rich UI content for DeFi oriented products
● Assisted in other ad-hoc tasks and daily operations as and when necessary
Marketing & Business Development Intern
● Explore, research, and identify new business and partnership opportunities, develop plans to engage with relevant parties and drive business growth.
● Assist in Developing contents and plans to promote products and expand the global market presence.
● Develop relationships with stakeholders and projects globally, source leads and close deals for current and future growth programs.
● Identify and work with influencers and communities, doing AMAs, co-promotions, publications, etc.
● Involve in developing and implementing an attribution strategy to appropriately measure success across multiple channels.
● Assist product and tech team on product development with feedback from the market.
Product Research Intern
● Research on Crypto / DeFi related products, and contribute to the development and
improvement of the existing products
● Assist product manager to work with technology members to develop the product
● Conduct operations on the current product, monitor the platform indicators, and provide support to customers
● Regularly review competitor dynamics to benchmark initiatives and broaden understanding of the industry landscape
● Proactively identify existing and emerging issues and devise solutions to manage these issues successfully
● Write intelligence or analysis reports clients, where necessary
General Qualifications
For interns, we do not have hard requirements on your qualifications, except for strong
interest in DeFi, NFT, Crypto and WEB3 space. Meanwhile, we prefer you to have:
● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on team’s success
● Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, team player
● Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
● Great interpersonal and communication skills

Location:
● Singapore is preferred, but remote working is also acceptable
