It has come to our attention that some users have experienced difficulties when unlocking rewards or interacting with our dApp using MetaMask.
The common error message received is “Error encountered. Transaction failed. Please try again.”
From initial findings of our ongoing investigation, we believe that this error is due to the latest MetaMask upgrade v10.8.1.
This error has been reported from the Ethereum and Avalanche chains. It seems neither users of Polygon nor BSC are affected, as of time of writing.
This error has also been reported on other DeFi protocols.
We have reached out to MetaMask with a hope of resolving this issue. Please be patient, while we await their response. Rest assured, your assets are completely safe and should not be affected by this issue.
